- Description
- Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, in support of USPACOM, Singapore, has a requirement for interpreters in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Languages include but are not limited to, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Thai, Russian, Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Philippino. Additionally, the successful offeror will be required to provide all equipment which includes but is not limited to a minimum of 12 sound proof booths capable of receiving a conference speaker by wire line or non wire means and transmit the interpretation by separate radio frequencies or other transmission means to forty participants, minimum of 12 channel audio systems with A-B switches capable of accepting a microphone level or line level XLR signal, 40 personal receiver (earpiece preferred) with adjustable volume control, 40 personal transmitters (microphones with on/off switches. Successful offeror is also required to provide ALL technical support throughout the conference. The procurement shall be a commercial firm fixed price service type contract utilizing procedures per FAR parts 12 and 13.5. The period of performance is from 12 Nov 2006 thru 15 Nov 2006. This requirement is intended to be negotiated on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS.
