- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a Sole Source basis a Firm Fixed price contract for the development of a Threat Analysis Report, which shall address current and future Foreign Naval capabilities, to AMI International; 820 Pacific Avenue, 1st Floor, Bremerton, WA 98337-1922. AMI International provides a unique, one-of-a-kind open-source intelligence service that meets the immediate needs of NSWCDD?s requirements. AMI International is the only available source who can provide the required analysis. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541690. The contract shall be a firm fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. FOB destination shall apply. Closing date is 19 September 2006. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
