- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake CA is seeking to obtain one or more hydrogen regenerative fuel cell systems (RFCS). The procurement will be on a Full and Open competitive basis, using "best value" evaluation with multiple awards. At least one award is expected be to a small business. The resulting contract(s) will be Firm Fixed Price. The Navy is looking for reliable and maintainable RFC systems that produce between 1 and 5 kilowatts (kW) of power. The goal is to be able to purchase these systems as building blocks to create larger systems in the future. Awarded contracts will require the supply of a system meeting the SOW requirements and delivered to the NAWCWD China Lake. Delivery is expected within 365 days of award. IAW the SOW, the Navy will provide the interface between the Navy facility and the contractor-supplied system. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2 October and will close 30 days thereafter.
