NOUN: Retainer, Roller, Bea; PRON: AX6T1110, NSN: 3110-01-170-2911, P/N: 6035T26P02, Quantity: minimum 48 / maximum 240, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefin ite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 48 each, 473 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 303 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 48 each, 315 DACA. This item is a restricted Small Business Set-Aside to Berkshire Industries Inc (CAGE 07039) S, 109 Apremont Way, Westfield, MA 01085-1303, Dynatech International Corp (CAG E 63172) S and Union Machine Company of Lynn Inc (CAGE CODE 51992) S, 6 Federal Way, Groveland, MA 01834-1564 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing uniq ue design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms th at recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of re lease for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
