- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for three (3) Portable/mobile generators with trailer BRAND NAME or EQUAL to 80KW John Deere Diesel Generator Set Model #XJ80. The specifications for the generator are as follows: Specifications and Minimum Requirement: 120/208 V 3 Phase 60 Hz Low Wye, Electronic Governor control system, Automatic Fuel filling System, Engine Oil Heater, Trailer, Charge voltmeter, Charge Ammeter, Critical Silencer, Enclosure or Soundproof Canopy, PMG, tool kit, Mainline Circuit Breaker, Deep sea Digital Control, 7000 lb Trailer w/130 Gal Tank, Additional needs and specifications: Generator must include: Skid mounted, Non-UL Fuel tank, Mainline circuit breaker, Battery Rack and Cables, Industrial muffler (critical grade on SAE units), Deep Sea Digital control panel, Accessories: Battery for 31 to 80 kw GenSet, series 27, Triton Battery Charger 12 Volt for X series, Trailer Mounting 0-100 kw, 7000 lb Trailer w/130 Gal Fuel Tank, The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-12, Effective 04 Aug 2006. This requirement is restricted to 100 % Small Business. The applicable NAIC code is 335312 stan dard size 1,000 employees. Proposals shall be FOB destination, and inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Delivery will be within 30 days. Payment will be made by Visa credit card. Company must be registered in the Central Contractor Regist ration (http://www.ccr.gov/) before an award can be made. A Firm Fixed Price contract award will be made to the technically acceptable, low price offerer that meets all specification. Contractor wishing to submit a proposal must submit clear and convincin g evidence that they meet all the capabilities and specifications.
