- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W911RZ-Grader. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-12, and DFARS Change Notice 20060814. This procurement is a 100% HUBZone certified business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification Code ( NAICS) is 423810. List of contract line item number and item, quantities and units of measure. ALL ITEMS SHALL BE QUOTED FOB DESTINATION. CLIN 0001 1 each Motor Grader, Diesel engine, 48 HP or greater, at least two speed transmission, speed: approxima tely 0-8 mph, sliding moldboard specs: approximately 8 feet wide, 14 inches tall, 24 inch sideshift, 30 degree tilt, 11 inch lift above ground, 6 inch penetration, and 100 degree rotation, scarifier, canopy above head, night operating lights, 12 month unli mited hour warranty. The item is to be delivered to DOL-Central Receiving Point, Wickersham & Chiles-Bldg 330, Fort Carson, CO 80913.
