This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335224 and the size standard of 1,000 applies to this procurement. Item 0002) Parts, O-Ring, 6mm x 3000mm, O-Ring for Lavapress Type LP 571, P/N: 005.704., Mfr: Lavatec. ?Or equal?. FOB: Destination for delivery to Defense Distribution DEPOT ? San Joaquin WHSE. 30, CCP 25600 South Chrisman Road Tracy, CA. 95376. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total best value to the Government.
