- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-06-Q-A078 is issued as a Request for Quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. NAICS Code is 334220. Small business size standard is 750 Employees. This is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for a repeater system that will provide constant and full Land Mobile Radio (LMR) coverage to 500,000 square acres in mountainous terrain as described in the attached specifications for the 336th Training Group at Fairchild AFB.
