- SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, pick up and transport to medical waste in accordance with Oklahoma State Regulations Governing Solid Waste and Sludge Management, Solid Waste Management and regulations from the 72 Medical Group, Tinker AFB, Bldg 5801, Tinker AFB, 73145, to medical waste treatment and disposal facility licensed under State materials, supervision, trasportation, and other items and services necessary to Law to accept medical waste for inceneration. The contractor shall be an Oklahoma registered/permitted medical waste hauler in accordance with Oklahoma State codes and regulations and shall be required to provide a copy of this license to the Contracting Officer (CO) upon request. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the SOW.
