- RFQ F4FBEC6228A100 This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial cable manufacturing for AFRL/VASV at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. No other solicitation or announcement will be made. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures using the authority of FAR 13.5. SET ASIDE: 100% small business set-aside. All small businesses are encouraged to participate in this procurement. The size standard for this effort is 1000 employees. NAICS: 335929 FSC: 6150 DELIVERY: To be negotiated with the requiring activity. The attached RFQ shows a preliminary delivery date of no later than ?30 days after date of contract.? Please provide your payment terms and any discounts you are offering. AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable Offeror.
