- The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Performax 3, Inc. for a Performax Database package and 3-day workshop on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to provide labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide the training services needed. The notice of this intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 1 U.S.C. 2304(c)1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
