- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 611710 and small business size standard of $6,500,000. Description: Non-Personal Service Contract for Test Examiner for Base Training and Education Services. Work will be done at 5620 E Granite St STE 262, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.
