- The Department of Veterans Affairs located in Dayton Ohio, through a combined synopsis/solicitation procedure is requesting the following products: Solicitation packages will be available today. Responses are due by 4:00 P.M. on September 19, 2006. Contractor must be registered in Central Contract Registration to be able to receive a government contract. This can be done by going to ccr.gov and registering. Please provide your quote for the following items: (1) One TG1566 Table, standing & treatment Tri W-G Model 820 - 6x8 [high=23-1/4" to 34-3/4"]; (1) One TG1536 Table, standing & treatment Tri W-G Model 820 - 6x8 [lower limit=18-1/2"; to 29"]; (8) Eight TG2006 Table, standing & treatment Tri W-G Model 813; (1) One Set TG0620 Casters for Model 813. Please include warranty: one year parts and labor- (one per product); Operators manuals (two per unit); Service manuals (containing parts lists, schematics, wiring diagrams one per product). Please provide RFQ for the above products. If the items are not available, please provide quote for equivalent products and specifications for the equivalent product(s).
