Description

Provide labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary for periodic and full preventive maintenance, emergency repair and inspection of the Siemens Somatom Sensation 16 CT Scanner System, located at the Augusta VA Medical Center, One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0063-07 is advertised as sole source procurement with NAICS Code 334510 with the size standard of 500 employees. Sole source determination is based on Sieman?s proprietorship of software needed for updates.
