- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. No other solicitation will be issued; quotations are being requested via this notice. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Office of Science and Technology, Technical Services Division, Technical Operations Branch (TOB) has a requirement to procure the following items: ONSSI IP Video Recording and Control Software (Quantity 1) and Software Licenses per IP camera for the above software (Quantity 250). Shipping must be FOB Destination to Sterling, VA 20166. ONSSI is windows driven platform, which conforms to TOB computer equipment. The ONSSI software allows the operator to pan, tilt, zoom, and focus. By purchasing the ONSSI licenses, ATF will ensure complete compatibility of TOB software. This is a firm-fixed price requirement. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated into this solicitation by reference and no addenda apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Vendors must register in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an all or none basis.
