PRON: AX6F0243, NSN: 1615-01-074-5153, PN: 70358-06612-042, Quantity: 275 each minimum/2275 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 50 each, 510 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 328 DACA. Required delivery without First A rticle Testing is 50 each, 340 DACA and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286, Aerex Manufacturing Inc., Cage Code 5K840 and Fenn Manufacturing, Business Unit of S PX Corporation, Cage Code 82001 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the q ualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged t o identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All res ponsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the d ate stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
