The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received. Q:Will the Solicitation include the need for layout and graphic design? A:NO Q:Must the contractor have an employee at the NIH office since that is listed as the Place of Performance? If so, do you provide office space and equipment for the duties of this contract? A: NO Q: What is the size of the contract in terms of financial and personnel numbers? A: Government cost estimate will not be provided. In terms of personnel, ONE. Q:When would the performance of the contractor begin? A:AS SOON AS THE CONTRACT IS APPROVED. Q: How many contract writers and NIH personnel are working on this task? A:TWO CONTRACT WRITERS AND FIVE NLM PERSONNEL WORK PART-TIME ON THIS. Q:What is the time frame for this contract? A: ONGOING. PERIODICALLY RECOMPETED. Q:Could you please provide the address to which I may send my response? A: The National Library of Medicine 8600 Rockville Pike Bldg. 38A, B1N17 Bethesda, MD 20894 Q: Please confirm the deadline for responding to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
