- The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to AINS, Inc. for the acquisition of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Tracking Software plus one year technical support. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4A3256179A100. The NAICS code for this purchase is 511210 and the size standard is $23 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider capabilities of other interested parties if received no later than 11 Aug 06. A sole source award will be accomplished with AINS, Inc. if no other responses are received by the above date. This purchase is contingent upon the availability of funds.
