- Amendment no. 1 to the solicitation. There are a few changes to the bid package released on July 14, 2006: Requests will not be taken for a sample of the final product for each watershed assessment. Several samples are available on the USDA NRCS Idaho web site. The link to the web site is: www.id.nrcs.usda.gov/technical/watersheds.html. The sample assessments are at the bottom of the page. The due date for receipt of offers is August 14, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. local time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. No phone calls will be accepted. Address all questions by email to the Contracting Officer: Janis.Stanton@id.usda.gov. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-AUG-2006).
