- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space consisting of a minimum of approximately 12,000 rentable square feet to a maximum of 13,500 rentable square feet in Bellingham, Washington along with thirty (30) on-site secured parking spaces. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with daytime cleaning during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. By occupancy, the leased space and building shall meet the requirements of ADA, the National Fire Act and local fire codes. Location: North of 12th Street & Old Fairhaven Parkway; South of Sunset Drive & Woburn Street; East of Lakeway Drive & Woburn Street and West of Eldridge Avenue & Broadway. All properties within these areas will be considered. Requirements: Specific services, supplies, and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Term: Lease term will be for ten (10) years firm with one (1) or two (2) five-year priced options. Occupancy: Occupancy is desired for not later than November 1, 2007.
