- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION TAMPA, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government currently occupies 26,931 rentable square feet fully serviced. GSA plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for 26,931 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: The cost of relocation, tenant improvements, and communications relocation or replacement, and quality of space. LOCATION: North: I-4 East: Rte. 41 South: Rte. 618 West: Nebraska Ave. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet Government fire/safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be 120 months.
