- Description
- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Test and Evaluation (T&E) Facility, 1600 Gest Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, requires Paving, Concrete Work, and Safety Related Upgrades. The General Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, hardware, and documentation necessary to complete the project. The project consists of (1) Resurfacing approximately 6,050 square feet of Asphalt on the North Side of the Facility, (2) Installing an approximately 460 square foot Concrete Pad along the East Side of the Facility, (3) Installing a Utility Door, and (4) Constructing a Concrete Block Wall. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated. Contract award will be made using best value methodology. Two evaluation factors will be used: Past Performance and Price. The evaluation factors will be approximately equal in importance. The anticipated contract performance period is 90 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated price of the work is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is totally set-aside for HUBZone certified firms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990, which has a size standard of $13.0 million. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system in order to be eligible for contract award. See the website www.ccr.gov for information about registration. The solicitation with specifications, drawings, and site visit information, will be released through the internet on the Fedbizopps website. The anticipated solicitation release date is approximately 15 calendar days after the electronic posting date of this notice. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided.
