- Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to CPW Solutions, Inc., Sneads Ferry, NC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The requirement is to provide Security and Information Assurance (IA) support such as: Certification and Accreditation, Compliancy, Analysis and Vulnerability Assessments and Mitigation. Requirements also include maintenance, hardware, software (some of which is proprietary in nature), camera systems and manpower to support current initiatives to include, but not limited to, Backbone, Router, Switch, Network, Radio, Camera, RFID, Unconventional Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Sensor support, Legacy Security Network support and technical support for the Joint National Training Command. Interested firms must submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 1:00 PM, 12 September 2006, via facsimile or email. Solicitation M6700106Q0124.
