- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a sole source requirement for a DADMS compliant Integrated Library System for our Technical Library that has a Classified Accountability Module, COSATI format cataloging, and is in compliance with NMCI information assurance standards. The business size standard for this procurement is 6.5M, with a NAICS code of 519120, and an FSC code of D317. Due to the restrictive nature of the above specifications, the contract action for this requirement will be other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 (C) (1).
