- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a brand name or equal basis the following items: Digium Tech/Maintenance Support Package for Asterisk, per year, Audiocodes Mediant 1000 Gateway with 1E1/T1, AudioCodes FXS 24 Line Gateway, Dell Power Connect 3448P POE switch, Dell Precision 690n Workstation w/Linux, Asterisk Book by Paul Mahler with CD, Linksys PAP2 -Internet Phone Adaptor T38 Compatabile, Linksys (Sipura) SPA-3102 phone adapter, Cortelco Desk Telephone (analog), AT&T 959 Analog Speakerphone, Aastra 9116 Screenphone, Cisco 7970G Phone, Polycom IP601 VoIP Telephone, Grandstream Videophone GXV 3000, Snom 360 IP Phone, Polycom IP4000 VoIP Conference Phone, Grandstream HandyTone 488. If proposing on a equal, offeror must provide clear and convincing info that the substitution is equal or the proposal will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed order. SAP procedures shall be used in this procurement. FOB Destination shall apply. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business distributors. Closing date is 12 September 2006 with award to be made by 18 September 2006.
