Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division proposes to procure a Bi-Directional 125 KW Power Processing Unit - Load Emulator Device for the Hybrid Hardware in the Loop Test Facility with Accessries. This procurement is 100% Small-Business Set-Aside, and will available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS and NECO.navy.mil on or after 15 Sep 06. This procurement will be solicited using FAR SubPart 13.5 for certain Commercial Items. All questions must be in writing, and no telephone calls will be accepted. See Note #1.
