Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting bids on solicitation number 201816B003 to furnish all materials and effort to construct a concrete parking pad, accessible concrete trail and structural steel-framed fishing deck with accessible ramp. Work for the parking pad and concrete trail includes, but not limited to, clearing, grubbing, earthwork, gravel base, concrete work, and appurtenances complete in place. Work for the steel-framed fishing deck includes, but not limited to, concrete work, steel work, earthwork, railing and appurtenances complete in place. The project is located on the north edge of Sally Jones Lake, Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge, Oklahoma, approximately 5 miles southwest of Vian, Oklahoma (Sequoyah County, Oklahoma). The estimated price magnitude is $25,000 to $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $31.0 million. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 09/13/2006. The solicitation package will consist of a standard form for submission, an itemized bid schedule, specifications, drawings, and prevailing wage determination.
