- The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for the servicing of approximately 31 portable restrooms located in multiple areas at the New Melones Lake, Sonora, California. It will also include the rental of additional units as needed. Provide pumping, cleaning and servicing of Government-owned vault toilets, which includes emptying associated trash cans and picking up litter in the New Melones Administration and Recreation Areas. Vault units may be single or double restrooms. Each restroom unit includes one trash can. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562991, small business size standard of $6.5 M. The term of this contract shall be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2009, with an option of one (1) base year with two (2) option years. Further technical information will be provided at the time the solicitation is issued. It is anticipated that the estimated issuance date of Solicitation number 07SQ240009 and the Statement of Work will be on or about September 7, 2006. The solicitation will be posted and can be downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov or http://www.bpn.gov/. The estimated quote due date will be on or about September 22, 2006. It is the offeror's responsiblity to monitor the FedBizOpps web site for amendments to the solicitation. Telephone requests will not be honored. Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors may register at http://www.ccr.gov. Failure to register will make an offeror ineligible for award. Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online.
