- The White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis to Innov-X Systems, Inc., 100 Sylvan Road, Ste. 100, Woburn, MA 01801-0128. This requirement includes High Reliability Solder Analyzer and Software. Innov-X has proprietary rights and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requireme nt. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
