Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91248-06-Q-0087 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2005-11. The NAICS is 212393; business size is $500; acquisition is solicited on an unrestricted basis. Description of Item Requested: The estimated delivery date is 60 days from ARO. Line Item Number 0001, 250 Tons of Salt Rock for hi ghway use, stockpile (SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE B) . The Governments intent is to make one/single award to the most responsive and responsible lowest price offeror.
