- The Army Contracting Activity, Fort Bliss, Texas is soliciting proposals to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide non-personal services for all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor n ecessary to provide hydraulic cylinders, hoses & components rebuild, starter repair/ rebuild, all electric repair/replacement to all components of the electrical system and load test, brake drum resurfacing, and CARC refinish in a manner that will ensure c ontinuous and safe operation. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be issued on or about 8 September 2006 at 2:00 p.m. MST. as a Request for Proposal (RFP), W911SG-06-R-0041 and will be furnished upon request by emailing Mardel.Jones@emh10.bliss.ar my.mil Proposals are due by September 15, 2006, 12:00 PM MST. This requirement is for a base period, September 29, 2006 through March 28, 2007, plus one (1) six-month option and one (1) three-month option period. The applicable North American Industry Cl assification System (NAICS) code are 423830 (Spray painting services) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees and 811310 (Heavy equipment brake drum and hydraulic cylinder repair services) with a small business size standard of $6,000,000.
