- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a solicitation of Purchase Request FE461362340010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. This solicitation also includes brand name or equal line items. Brand name or equal description is intended to be descriptive and is to indicate the quality and characteristics of products that will be considered satisfactory to meet the agency's needs. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: LINE ITEM 0001: One (1) ea, Vertical Storage Tank (Polyethylene) with the following specifications: 15,000 Gallon Storage Tank (15,250 Gallon Brim Full Capacity), 142 inches in diameter, 235 inches in height, 217 ? inches cylinder height, 1.9 Specific Gravity, HDLPE (Lineara Polyethylene), 18 inch Manway Fill. Vents: Two (2) ea ? 3 inch PVC/EPDM Bulkhead Fittings (Mounted in top of the tank) Fill: One (1) ea ? 3 inch PVC/EPDM Bulkhead Fitting (Mounted on top fo the tank) Drain: One (1) ea ? 3 inch Double Flanged Fitting, EPDM Gaskets, 316 Stainless Steel encapsulated bolts (Mounted near the bottom of the tank) Optional Items (required): Fiberglass Ladder / Safety Cage Fiberglass Ladder ? Mounted at Manway Safety Cage (Starting at 7 ft from the ground level) Please confirm with your MSDS that EPDM Gaskets and Stainless Steel is compatible (or provide documentation for our review) Storage Tank. Make: Indelco Plastics, Model# 5370 or equal (Provide Documentation) ALL PRICING SHOULD INCLUDE DELIVERY TO: 7100 Saber Road Bldg 1284 F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005 Additionally, offers of equal quality must include a copy of the technical description and/or product literature, as well as, a description of commercial warranty. Delivery shall be completed not later than 2 months after receipt of an order and shall be FOB Destination to 82005.
