- Provide Aluminum Raised lettering for exterior building. a: Lettering shall be constructed with aluminum in a standard Helvetica font as a single piece per letter product. Letter shall be 4 foot and 1/2" thick with a clear anodized finish with sanded returns. b: Mounting hardware shall be approximatley engineered to mount on a composite metal panel that will withstand 100 mile on hour wind loads and constructed of stainless steel. c: The 302nd patch shall be 6 feet in height and factory painted with appropriate UV protection. The fascia is on the south side of the facility and will be subject to the summer UV conditions for Colorado Springs, Colorado. d: The lettering shall be located as identified on the attached drawing with the 302nd patch located at the appropriate distance from the fascia lettering. THe existingh 302nd lettering that will remain will need to be field verified to ensure the required "AW" will match the height of the existing. e: Sample finished shall be submitted with proposals. (See ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION) Quotes are required to be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, 13 September 2006, and must include the following: Company name; address; phone numbers; DUNS number; CAGE code; itemized quote with total; brief statement of capability; the offeror must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and provide a statement that this has been completed which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
