- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is F2M3SH6114A100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DFARS change notice 20060814. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423910. The size standard is 100. Request for Quote on the following items: MODEL # SP6282: SUN PORTS SUPERSPAN UNIT, SIZE 62'X82' WITH 12' ENTRY, 1 EXTENDED TOP, 6 SUPPORT POSTS, 90 MPH WINDLOAD, SHADESURE CLOTH. INSTALLATION AND SHIPPING FEE. EQUAL PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED Please include Payment Terms, FOB Destination, Quote Must Be Valid Through 1 Oct 06, Availability, and How Long It Will Take To Ship To LACKLAND AFB, TX and please include installation charges.
