- The HQ Air Intelligence Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a Purchase Order to Shook Mobile Technology LP, Schertz TX, 78154, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS (due to proprietary information, which is protected by copyright laws), pursuant to FAR 13.5. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (Sole Source) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered F2MTKV6230A200. Travel- All items are to be delivered to JIOC/J8 2 Hall Blvd Ste.217 B.2007 San Antonio, TX 78243, Attn: Lt Thiem (210)-925-3416. Offerors are required to provide the unit and extended prices. This requirement is NOT set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336211, total number of employees 750. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-07 (effective 30 Apr 2002). The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items.
