- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H1E16222A100 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. This solicitation is issued as an intent to award full and open; the NAICS Code is 238330. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for Endura Flooring Tiles 18 1/8? x 18 1/8?, round pattern, granite gray or equal 1200 Square Feet. Adhessive or equal 12 gallons. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) AS WELL AS ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS APPLICATION (ORCA) PRIOR TO AWARD.
