- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2005-12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial procedures. Solicitation Number is FA4809-06-Q-6025. The NAICS code 423910 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 100 Employees. The item description is as follows: CLIN 0001: Alternating Panel Umbrella, Opens to 6 1/2 Ft Diameter. Pole 7 1/2' H and 1 1/4" pole. Color Blue and White. MFR: Recreonics P/N 12-344 " or equal" 100 Ea. CLIN 0002: CJ Spineboard. Made of 5/8" marine plywood. CJ Spineboard Package includes 1 board, 1 head immobilizer 2 pieces, 1 head strap, 4 body straps, 4 side roll-ups, 8 adhesive strips and staples. Dimension: 20" w x 72" l.
