- The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) plans to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Golden Corral Restaurant, 5001 Warden Road, North Little Rock, AR and Fire Mountain Restaurant, North Little, Rock, AR to provide meals for students attending classes at the CAVHS Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) in North Little Rock, AR. The restaurant must be within a ten (10) mile radius of the LETC, provide healthy, appetizing, nutritious buffet-style dining with sufficient selections and variety from the major food groups. Dining is required for lunch and evening meals Monday-Sunday and breakfast on weekends. The agreement will be for a one year period with two one-year options to extend the period. There will be no minimum guarantee under these BPA?s; however, total orders shall not exceed $500,000 over the total maximum period of performance. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within five days of this announcement. NAICS Code 722110, size standard $6.5 million.
