- The VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02310, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a firmed fixed price with CIR SYSTEMS, INC. for the following equipment: Portable Gait System-32 feet with Dell Laptop software.The project is estimated at approximately 42000 dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for offers. No solicitation is available. A notice not to compete is solely the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantages to the Government. Responses must be received by September 29, 2006, 12 noon.
