- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all non-personal services, tools, equipment and supervision to perform maintenance checks of air handling units. The air handling units are located at the Richard L. Rodebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202. The contract period of performance is one year with four each 12-month option periods. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 81130. The applicable small business size standard is $6.5 million. FAR Part 12 acquisition of commercial items applies. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit an offer. The solicitation shall be made available to the general public on or after September 6, 2006. Dissemination of the solicitation is limited to electronic medium only. No hard paper copies of the solicitation are available. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any solicitation amendment will be available for downloading at the above URL sites. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation amendments posted on the URL sites. To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, the prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database [http://www.ccr.gov] prior to contract award.
