- The title of the RFP is now TWIC Enrollment/Help Desk/IDMS Services Step 2 Solicitation. TSA has down selected 8 offerors to enter Step 2 of the competition for phase IV of the TWIC Program. The Step 2 RFP was issued to the successful offerors on 1 Sep 06 with the response date of 2 Oct 06. The offerors selected to enter Step 2 of the competition are as follows: BearingPoint, Computer Sciences Corp, Electronic Data Systems Corporation, IBM, Integrated Biometric Technology, Lockheed Martin, Maximus, and Motorola Inc.
