- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The Goals Institute, 2540 Brenton Point Dr., Reston, VA 20191. The purpose of this procurement is to (1) purchase the books entitled, ?Professionalism is for Everyone,? and ?World-Class Customer Service? and (2) provide full-day interactive seminars and workshops for the Office of Federal Assistance Management, with the appropriate handouts and materials for all attendees. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is 3 months. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is based on The Goals Institute?s copyrights to all material and no part of the book(s) may be reproduced or used in any manner. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.601-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
