- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide HVAC preventative maintenance services under a service based contract at the Weather Field Services Office in Wilmington, North Carolina. Period of performance will be 01 October 2006 thru September 30, 2007 with five one-year options. The solicitation is only available on line by downloading from this site. This award is set-aside 100% for small business and is intended for award under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency.
