- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for the maintenance, inspections and repairs of a MD500D and Bell OH58C helicopters. A single award is anticipated and will be a time and materials contract. The solicitation number: AG-6395-S-06-0040 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only.
