Description

The Contracting Services Office at DLA Enterprise Support Columbus intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Ninth House, Inc. in San Francisco, CA. The acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $23 million. The acquisition is for the following Ninth House products: Student Learning Licenses for Hybrid delivery (CD w/internet access): 494 new licenses; 124 license renewals; 369 CD packet disk sets and 176 individual CD disks with extra course. The license period will begin approximately September 15, 2006 and will expire in one year. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement and which describes their capability to provide the products listed above. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all responses received by the due date published in this notice. Submissions are due by 1:00 PM EST, September 12, 2006 and must be marked ?Student Learning License Products? on the package. Anticipated award date is September 15, 2006.
