- Description
- Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, IDIQ contract for interior signage fabrication and installation for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Washington, D.C. Several types of interior signs are required. The signs shall be made from aluminum and bronze in accordance with the referenced drawings and attached specifications. The estimated quantity is 740 in the base year, with options for additional lower estimated quantities as indicated in Section B of the solicitation. A Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for September 14, 2006 at 2:00 PM local time in the Ford House Office Building, Room 480, 2nd and D Streets, SW, Washington DC 20515. This procurement will result in the award of an IDIQ contract with a performance period of one base year and four option years. The task order minimum is $2,500, and the task order maximum limit is $2,000,000. The contract minimum guarantee is $10,000 over the life of the contract. The maximum contract value over the life of the contract will not exceed $2,000,000. The estimated price of the base year of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A contract will be awarded using competitive negotiation procedures requiring the submission of technical and price proposals. An award will be made considering evaluation criteria including price, past performance, relevant experience, management plan, subcontractor management capabilities, and financial capacity. The solicitation was issued on Aug. 29, 2006. Responses are due on October 3, 2006 by 2:00 PM. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis inviting full and open competition.
