- ****SPECIAL NOTICE**** Questions and Answers regarding RFQ F1T3AC6208A200, Digital Imaging Plates and Flexible Vinyl Cassettes: 1. Q: I am writing to find out the type of CR system that the requested digital imaging plates and vinyl cassettes will be used on. A: The CR system is VMI NDT 400 Phosphor Scanner. The screens are Kodak Industrex flex GPSO-170. 2. Q: Please provide any additional information required in order to quote (preferred brand, quantities, etc.). A: The items must be compatible with the current system and screens. See above Q&A for the type system and screens that are in use now. The quantities are specified in the solicitation. 3. Q: The Flexible Cassettes come with back scatter lead and without and in Black and Blue colors. Which do you want? Black or Blue ? With or Without back scatter lead ? A: Color does not matter on the flexible cassettes and we do not require back scatter lead in them. The original solicitation, below, is unchanged. The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCB at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Digital Imaging Plates and Flexible Vinyl Cassettes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) F1T3AC6208A200. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325992, with small business standard size 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001, 200 each, digital imaging plate, 14” x 17” CLIN 0002, 200 each, flexible vinyl cassette, 14” x 17” For questions, contact Ms. Mary Gardner by email only, mary.gardner@eglin.af.mil .
