- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following: 1) Repair Cordin Camera Model 163/173 (replace readout part) and realign and focus the optics (Quantity - 1 each); 2) Modify and Upgrade Cordin Camera Model 010A and upgrade Camera Controller System (Quantity - 1 lot); 3) Provide necessary camera control cables for two additional sites and fiber optic mounting and connector for 200 micron fibers for the Model 163/173 Camera (Quantity - 1 lot); and 4) Provide technical support to assist in the re-installation at China Lake (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is a manufacturer sole source to Cordin Company due to proprietary data of direct replacement of parts. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
