- US Naval Hospital, Guam intends to enter into negotiations with Johnson and Johnson (Philippines) Incorporated, Edison Rd KM 14 West Svc Rd South, Bo Ibayo Paranaque, Metro Manila Philippines 1700 with the intent of awarding a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b). The resulting contract will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on two (2) existing gov't owned Model Sterrad 100S Sterilizers. Serial numbers 995026 and 59459. Located in the Surgical Suite, 3rd Flr, C-Wing. Period of performance 2006 Sep 30 through 2007 Sep 29, with an option to extend the terms an additional 12-month period. Sole source determination is based on the need to meet and maintain ASP's equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
