Description

Project is located at a new Visitor Center near Oak Harbor, Ohio, and consists of concrete, broom finished concrete, concrete curbs, and a concrete/stone bench. The work includes concrete sidewalks and curbs, stamped concrete front entrance walkway, flag pole sidewalk, stamped concrete rear plaza, and a stone veneer seating wall. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310, Concrete Paving, with a size standard of $31.0 million.
